Get Loved Up® is a registered yoga school with Yoga Alliance. After graduating from our training, you will be able to register as a RYT-200 Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and have a clear roadmap to structuring and teaching yoga classes at studios and events around the world.
This integrated program will take you on a journey of self discovery through daily yoga, meditation practice, study of the fundamental principles of yoga, art of teaching, sequencing, asana alignment, philosophy, anatomy as well as the business of yoga, branding, social media and eco-friendly living through a plant based diet.
Our staff has over 25 years of experience with yoga and holistic health. We will offer you an opportunity to grow not only as a teacher, but more importantly as a human being.
You will learn the necessary tools to cultivate a confident teaching voice, nurture your personal teaching style and learn how to practice daily self-care so you have enough energy for yourself, your students and your family.

Koya Webb is an internationally recognized yoga teacher, personal trainer, holistic health and wellness coach, author, motivational speaker, and professional fitness model revolutionizing the holistic living landscape. She is known as a “transformational specialist” when it comes to helping people reach their goals—by encouraging sustainable positive lifestyle changes that maximize their ability to cultivate self-love, lose weight, increase energy, reverse life-threatening conditions and experience optimal health.

With over a decade of holistic studies at her command – RYT 500, with certifications in Ashtanga, Rayoka, SUP, AcroVinyasa and AYfit, as well as NASM and IIN – Koya is dedicated to making a positive impact in the world of healthy living. This former competitive track and field athlete combines the work ethic and dedication of an athlete with simple practical holistic health practices that anyone can follow to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
